Tech Impact Foundation is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to leveraging emerging technologies for the common good.

Our Mission

To leverage emerging technologies — particularly artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and educational technology — to improve lives, reduce inequality, and empower communities worldwide. We promote the development and application of these technologies to improve human lives, knowledge sharing, and advance social equity.

Foundation Structure

Tech Impact Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation based in Texas. We are governed by a Board of Directors comprising 3 to 7 members, each serving renewable 2-year terms.

The board provides strategic oversight, financial responsibility, and program evaluation. Meetings are held at least twice annually. Our fiscal year begins January 1, with annual financial reviews conducted to ensure transparency and compliance.

Launch & Legal Foundation
